Our mills and flakers are built in Hallein, Austria — most of them only after you have ordered. How long it takes until your machine is standing in your kitchen therefore depends on two things.
DELIVERY TIME = PRODUCTION TIME + TRANSIT TIME
You will find this figure on every product, shown there as “Ready to ship in”. It covers building your machine and packing it. For the mills it is somewhere between a few working days and three weeks, depending on model and type of wood — that is the time we spend building yours. Where it says “1–3 working days”, the machine is in stock and goes out within one to three working days.

An example: a mill marked “Ready to ship in: approx. 2 weeks” reaches a customer in Vienna after roughly two weeks and three days, and a customer in Portugal after roughly three weeks.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and customs charges apply. They are levied by the customs authority of your country and are not included in our prices. How long clearance takes is beyond our control — the overseas figures above are therefore based on experience and are not a guarantee.
We do not ship to North America from this site. For the USA and Canada we run our own shop, with its own range and its own shipping routes, on terms that suit North America: natural-grainmills.us
