  1. Conclusion of contract / possibility of correction
    The customer’s order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. The customer will be notified of our acceptance by e-mail. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled in. If the information is missing, we cannot fulfill the order. The customer receives an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. The customer receives supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process. As soon as the order process has been completed, the customer will be informed with the message “Thank you. Your order has been received” informing the customer that we have received the order. When ordering by telephone or e-mail, the customer receives an order confirmation. The purchase agreement comes into force from this date.
  2. Contract language and contract law
    The contract language is German. Austrian law applies to the entire webshop.
  3. Prices and shipping costs
    All prices are total prices. They are inclusive of all taxes, including VAT and duties but excluding shipping costs.
    Shipping costs:
    Austria: depending on weight between 7.– and 9.– Euro
    Germany: depending on weight between 9.– and 11.– Euro
    Italy: depending on weight between 9.– and 16.– Euro
    For all other countries the
    shipping costs
    will be calculated according to the actual costs incurred and communicated to the customer before the order is accepted.
    Packaging costs will not be charged. In the case of delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer shall bear all import and export charges including any customs duties, fees and charges.
  4. Transport damage: The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects and incorrect deliveries by e-mail or fax as soon as they are discovered (no later than 48 hours after receipt of the delivery).
    Visible damage to the consignment must be reported to the deliverer immediately, otherwise it cannot be taken into account.
  5. Payment methods
    We accept the following payment methods:

    1. Direct bank transfer (prepayment),
    2. PayPal,
    3. Credit card,
    4. Cash payment on collection.
      If no other method of payment has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract. The goods will only be delivered after the amount has been credited to our bank accountin Austria:

  1. Right of withdrawal / right of revocation
    The term “right of withdrawal” commonly used in Austria corresponds to the term “right of revocation” commonly used in Germany and used in the Consumer Rights Directive. We therefore use the synonymous term “right of revocation (right of withdrawal)”. Only the term “right of withdrawal” is used in the withdrawal policy. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
    Non-existent right of withdrawal (right of rescission)
    There is no right of revocation (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
  2. Legal warranty
    The provisions on the statutory warranty period shall apply. For the delivery of movable goods, this period is 2 years from acceptance of the goods.

    Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be made using the contact details given in the legal notice.
  3. Compensation:
    Claims for compensation in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to property taken over for processing, unless the latter has been negotiated in detail.
  4. Product liability:
    Any recourse claims made against us by contractual partners or third parties on the basis of “product liability” within the meaning of the Product Liability Act are excluded, unless the party entitled to recourse proves that the defect was caused within our sphere of responsibility and was at least the result of gross negligence.
  5. Guarantee
    In addition to the statutory warranty, we grant a “lifetime” guarantee on the granite grindstone in the event of breakage and chipping of stone particles*

    Within this guarantee period, any defects covered by the guarantee will be rectified by replacing the goods free of charge.
    The transportation and shipping costsshall be borne by the customer.
    The statutory warranty remains unaffected.
  6. Repair service:
    We also take care of you after your purchase. Many problems can be resolved over the phone. If a repair is nevertheless necessary, it will be carried out quickly and professionally.

  7. Delivery period
    Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 2-5 days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. Custom-made products have a delivery time of approx. 14 working days. If a product is not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately of the delivery date by e-mail.
  8. Retention of title
    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
  9. Final provision:
    Should individual clauses of the contract be invalid or should the contract contain a loophole, the rest of the concluded contract shall remain valid. An invalid or missing provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended provision.
  10. Goodwill:
    If there are any differences, we will make every effort to find a quick and customer-friendly solution and transfer the difference to your bank account as quickly as possible.

    Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
