1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our webshop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Your order represents an offer to us. A contract is only concluded upon our acceptance, of which you will be notified via email.

2. Contract Language and Applicable Law

The contract language is German. All transactions are governed by Austrian law.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are total prices including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.

  • Austria: 7.– to 9.– Euro
  • Germany: 9.– to 11.– Euro
  • Italy: 9.– to 16.– Euro
  • Other countries: Calculated based on actual costs.
Important information for international orders:
We ship worldwide! Please note: For shipments to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, or USA), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the total price and must be paid by you directly to the responsible authorities.

4. Transport Damage

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any defects should be reported within 48 hours via email or fax. Visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the carrier immediately.

5. Terms of Payment

We accept: Bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, Credit Card, and cash on collection. Delivery occurs after receipt of payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Details regarding your right to cancel can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply (2 years). Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty on the granite millstone against breakage (subject to our warranty terms). Shipping costs for warranty cases are borne by the customer.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
