Stainless steel bowl
The stainless steel bowl fits all Assistent models from N1-N30.
ASSEMBLY
The stainless steel bowl is placed on the drive bushing A of the assistant. The torque is transmitted to the bowl from below. If the arm is in the way, you can easily loosen the arm with the adjusting screw.
CLEANING
The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher-safe.
TIPS!
For bread, doughs with 1 liter of liquid fit into the stainless steel bowl even when rising.
If you are processing dough with more than 1.5 liters of liquid, place the dough in a larger bowl for rising or divide the dough into two bowls.
