  • 100 g tofu
  • Hoisin sauce**
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell bell pepper
  • 1 large cup whole grain rice
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • Sesame
  • Mustard seeds (grated)
  • Salt and pepper

preparation

First, cut the tempeh and tofu into cubes and soak in hoisin sauce. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli and cauliflower into pieces, rub with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C convection. In the meantime, cook the whole grain rice according to the package instructions.

Now wash the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Then fry the tempeh and tofu in peanut oil.

Finally, fill the plate: sprinkle the whole grain rice, which is the base, with sesame seeds, arrange the broccoli and cauliflower with grated mustard seeds, bell pepper the tempeh and tofu, add the peppers and walnuts and top the whole with balsamic cream.
