Our new “Pfiffikorn” grain crusher has a lot of smart features:

“Pfiffikorn” is flexible in its place of use and no longer needs to be attached to a worktop. Something that is often no longer possible in modern kitchens with little or no worktop overhang or on delicate tables.

No more fixing clamps!

The “Pfiffikorn” is ready to use in a flash to make flakes for breakfast cereals or for baking, without the need to clamp it. Simply fold out the two arms to enlarge the standing surface, attach both cranks with quick-release fasteners and off you go.

Any flat surface with an edge as a stop is suitable for installation.

Magnet on the underside of the drawerEven delicate tables or flush work surfaces are suitable. The outriggers give “Pfiffikorn” a stable stand. Thanks to the double crank, there is no sideways tipping. Flaking is as easy as riding a bike with training wheels and effortless too.

Magnets incorporated into the high-quality solid wood secure and position the flake drawer.

This means it always stays securely in place and provides a pleasant tactile experience when removing and inserting it.

A new patented scraper mechanism brings all the flakes safely into the flake drawer instead of scattered on the work surface. Flake cleaner than ever before!

Space-saving and always ready!

When the work is done, “Pfiffikorn” can be folded up and stored in a drawer or on a shelf with the cranks removed to save space.

Wafer-thin flakesOften wafer-thin flakes are desired, just like from the store. This is also no problem with “Pfiffikorn”, because grains that have already been pressed can be crushed again in a second pressing process. This means that “Pfiffikorn” flakes are in no way inferior to store-bought flakes!
