The Salzburg Grain Mill MAX received the “Castle Pearl” award

In May 2018, Schloss Rudolfshausen launched an award called the“Schloss-Perlen-Siegel “. Their intention was and is to award the seal to the companies of which there is already a review/recommendation in the “Castle Pearls” section, provided that they act according to the following principles:

2. Produce, manage and act in an earth-friendly way.
3. Ethically responsible production, management and action.
4. Tradition-conscious production, management and action.
