Fruity tomato soup

(on the basis of a bone broth)

If you have a ready-made bone broth in the fridge, this is a very quick and especially with children -a very popular recipe. You can vary depending on your desire and stock. Instead of tomatoes, you could also make a bell pepper or other vegetable soup out of it sometime.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter
1 kg fresh tomatoes,

100 g tomato paste, single concentrated
500 ml bone broth
1 teaspoon salt
Spices and dried herbs,

PREPARATION SOUP

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
