PRODUCT INFORMATION

• The 3.5 liter stainless steel mixing bowl has a capacity of up to 2.5 liters.
• The stainless steel mixing bowl is heat-resistant and is ideal for making Italian meringue with hot sugar syrup, for example.
• The stainless steel mixing bowl is equipped with a silicone ring to increase stability.
• The stainless steel mixing bowl fits all Assistent Original models N1-N30.

ASSEMBLY

• Insert the rod into the drive bushing A and place the stainless steel mixing bowl so that the handle is facing forwards. Press the bowl down and turn it so that it sits on the assistant. Attach the planetary beater to the rod with the inserted brushes.

CLEANING

• The stainless steel mixing bowl is dishwasher safe. Remove the silicone ring before placing the stainless steel mixing bowl in the dishwasher. After washing, dry the stainless steel mixing bowl with a cloth.
