The best bread I have ever baked!

This is what an enthusiastic customer from the USA wrote to us: “The best bread I have ever baked!

“Dear Christine,
I’m so happy to send you a photo of my very first bread – made from flour milled at the Salzburg mill!
It’s mainly spelt with a little red and white durum wheat, sprinkled with sesame seeds!

I am so excited about this bread! It has the softest, most tender crumb and the flavor is incredible!
My husband has very discerning taste buds, and this is by far his favorite whole grain bread I’ve baked this year. He said it makes his tongue tingle! And he loved the taste and texture.
This is very good news for me, because the whole wheat bread I had either ground with the Komo grinder or store-bought stone ground didn’t taste good to David.

And he really likes this bread – made from flour milled in the Salzburg mill! He will eat it!!! Yay!
He did take the odd bite of the other wholemeal bread I made, but he never ate a whole slice.
Don’t you think that’s very good news? I do!
