Recipe for good digestion

I, your Mäuserich, have today again a recipe for you, which not only ensures a good digestion, but also brings a lot of energy and joie de vivre.

Ingredients: a small bowl full of pear compote (with little sugar), 2-3 tablespoons of prune juice, cinnamon and cloves (not too much of them), a few hemp seeds.

Preparation: heat everything together; the hemp seeds should swell up

If you eat this compote in the morning instead of breakfast and do so for about 2 weeks, you will notice that not only your digestion but also you will get going and start the day full of energy.
