What does our body need and what is too much?
To stay fit and healthy, our body needs different kinds of
- fats and more.
Important is the quantity. Too much or too less of those can cause deficiency symptoms or even illness.
The most essential habit to stay healthy is drinking. At least 1,5 to 2 litres of water, herbal- or fruit tee’s a day. It is also important to avoid soft drinks or juices with a lot of added sugar as much as possible.
But in any case, you should add whole- grain products to your nutrition diet. It doesn’t matter if just a couple of whole- grain bread slices for breakfast or whole grain pasta for lunch.
Additional your body needs Vegetables and Fruits. These contain valuable vitamins which are important for your health.
And even if milk products are controversial, if you don’t exaggerate it and enjoy milk or yoghurt in moderation you will be all good.
But for a few foods there are limits. For example, you shouldn’t eat more than 5 grams of salt a day. It is also enough to don’t eat more than 3 eggs and 2 to 3 times meat a week. You also shouldn’t exceed the quantity of 40 gram spread-or cooking fat a day.
What does our body need and what is too much? Of course, these are just advices. Everybody should eat those foods they feel that their body needs and those they feel comfortable with.
